Get up close and personal with Anantara’s rescued elephants, with the luxury accommodation brand working together with the Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation (GTAEF) in taking care of and rehabilitating these mistreated giants. There is no riding, no cruel tricks – just you walking beside the elephants, as well as opportunities to feed and share their habitat among the morning mist of Golden Triangle forest – an area spanning across three countries (Thailand, Laos and Burma) and intersected by the Mae Khong River.
